I am Katrin Donat, human.

My whole life I have been searching for...? How can the unnameable be described?

Within me, there is a strong impulse to always go further, go further, for "insight” - maybe that can be a word for it. Insight in who I am, how I am in relationships, or how I want to be. The question is always:

  How do I become the person I am...

   ... and the person I want to be?

So many intangible influences and experiences affect our lives, making us act sometimes in ways we don't even want to. We are usually unaware of the unconscious programs behind our feelings and behaviour. It requires a great deal of dedication to devote to own inner issues; it's often not easy, and it rarely comes overnight.

However, there are ways to facilitate and accelerate the process of personal development. By working not only with the mind, but also with energy. By dissolving old, heavy energies, recognizing, transforming and healing old (unconscious) programmes. As a result, so much that had been long forgotten or no longer considered possible, suddenly becomes possible again. One becomes freer, younger, braver, more self-confident, and rediscovers the joy within oneself.

On this path am I.  

On this path I help other seekers.
